All right guys, I doubt this means anything to you, but I call the shots around here, dammit, and I’m running it anyway. This marks the 500th post made on ProRasslin.com. When I opened this site a few months ago, I honestly didn’t anticipate it lasting as long as it has. My goal was to maintain it through WrestleMania, although I’m ecstatic that it’s still in operation today. I want to thank everyone who makes a habit of reading, as well as my fellow contributors Ryan and Frank. Of course, there’s a lot to be said for frequent commenters like Mike Sal and neon as well – you guys rock. I didn’t really want to make a post dedicated to this, but I’m mildly proud of getting here, it’s a slow news day, and I’m a little pressed for time, so a perfect storm of influences sort of forced my hand. At any rate, our very first post was the classic Dusty Rhodes promo, “Hard Times”, so I thought it was only fitting to roll with more Dusty for post 500. Hopefully we’ll be featuring him in a few months when post 1,000 hits the press. Now THAT would be living the American Dream.
