So it looks like The Latin American Xchange are going to be teaming together once more. The duo will take on The Kings of Wrestling at Ring of Honor’s Manhattan Mayhem IV on March 19. This is great news in my book for a couple of reasons.
- I think both members of the team are more interesting now than when they last teamed. They were very militant when they first got together, but by the end of their run they had gone soft. Now, Hernandez is more vicious than ever, and Homicide is coming off of a run at the ROH World Title.
- I love promotional crossovers. I think every wrestling fan does. Naturally, having a current TNA talent coming to a Ring of Honor ring is exciting.
- They happen to be wrestling the greatest tag team in the world today, Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli.
Here’s the teaser for the match:

The Kings of Wrestling have held the ROH Tag Team Titles longer than any other current major champion has held their respective belt. In that time, they’ve defeated the Briscoe Brothers, Motor City Machine Guns, Generation Me, Charlie Haas & Shelton Benjamin, and every other team thrown in their direction. Point is, they need new competition. LAX offers just that, and this match promises to be a show stealer.
