Bam Bam Bigelow’s fall from the national spotlight was a quick one. Here he is, just three years removed from main eventing WrestleMania, holding the ECW TV Championship. In all honesty, the belt was one of the most entertaining to watch defended at the time, and it would eventually ooze prestige thanks to Rob Van Dam, but it was still a big step down from main eventing wrestling’s biggest show. The Beast from the East carried the title for just over a month before dropping it to Mr. Monday Night himself, who would be Television Champion for almost two years.
