A week removed from Money in the Bank, and the CM Punk music just keeps playing.
The reigning WWE Champion invaded the annual San Diego Comic-Con earlier this week, crashing a Q & A panel featuring Rey Mysterio Jr. and Triple H. Bull horn in hand and WWE Championship at his side, CM Punk did what he does best – perform at a level high enough to make those interacting with him look like chumps. The Straight Edger extended Rey Mysterio the offer of a WWE Title match providing the contest transpired in Punk’s hometown of Chicago, and also posed the oft-asked Zack Ryder question. He wrapped up his invasion of the SDCC with an top-notch slam on Helmsley’s relationship with the boss’ daughter. Just watch for yourself. Hail Punk.
