If there’s one thing I know about comedy, it’s that “Yakety Sax,” the goofy song made popular by The Benny Hill show, has the ability to make anything funny. That being said, since I’ve run some anti-TNA propaganda every day this week, I figure I’d keep the trend alive with this outlandish segment featuring Abyss creating a pit in the middle of the ring. At the time of this angle, Abyss’ power was being derived from Hulk Hogan’s WWE Hall of Fame ring, which is absolutely ridiculous yet explains a lot about the overall quality of the writing.
At this point, I think it’s pretty much all but been declared “bash TNA” week on this blog. Expect more tomorrow.
