This appears to be from an episode of Smackdown, circa 2004 or 2005, that was filmed in Japan. Apparently, an angle transpired in which JBL was loopy from a tranquilizer dart, which somehow led to him dragging an inflatable Godzilla to the ring and stripping down to his underwear. I have no recollection of it at all, but it is outrageous. At one point, JBL decrees that his initials stand for “Just Beat a Lizard.” It’s bizarre, and you should watch.
