Tonight’s Impact Wrestling will witness the in-ring return of the 3-time Knockout Champion ODB. The dirty broad will face Velvet Sky, who she attacked on last week’s episode. Also scheduled for the show is a blockbuster tag team match pitting Jeff Jarrett & Scott Steiner against Kurt Angle & Matt Morgan. Tensions have been building between Jarrett & Angle and Steiner & Morgan for weeks, or months in the case of the former, and all four men will be confined to one ring tonight.
A new #1 contender to Abyss’ X Division Title will be crowned tonight when Brian Kendrick laces up his boots to wrestle the former Champion, Kazarian. Both men were involved with Abyss as recently as last week, Kazarian attacking the Monster backstage and Kendrick falling victim to his Black Hole Slam. Crimson’s undefeated streak will be on the line when he meets the Cold Blooded Matt Hardy, and you can bet that Immortal won’t be far from this one. Also in action will be the new Television Champion Eric Young, who is set to compete against World Title contender Mr. Anderson. Anderson has been spoofing the early ’90s Sting for the past few weeks, but I understand EY has a little parody of his own on tap for tonight’s match. Lastly, Angelina Love will do something that I’ve always dreamt of doing when she goes one-on-one with Miss Tessmacher.
