Brutus Beefcake was pretty awful on the microphone, as evidenced here in his promo about Hillbilly Jim and Uncle Elmer. It’s no secret that he and Hulk Hogan are great friends behind the scenes, and watching this, I have to wonder if Hogan was giving Beefcake pointers on how to cut a promo. They are similarly irritating.
