This one’s from Japan, and it’s pretty fantastic. Watch it. Don’t skim it – watch it. Asai Moonsault? Bingo. Lionsault to the outside? Bam. Powerbombs of the top rope and double underhook variety? You got ’em. You can even see the arrogant heel character that Jericho would further develop in WCW start to shine through in his shouts to the crowd. On top of all this, the lack of commentary actually enhances the match. I wish I could watch more matches without guys babbling over them, while still retaining the sounds of the crowd and thuds of the mat. It’s delightful.
