Ok, so this is just a backstage segment between the Hardy Boyz slowed to 1/2 speed to make them sound drunk. There are plenty of clips like this on YouTube, interviews that are slowed down or sped up for comedic effect. Most of them aren’t funny and just sound like exactly what they are: videos that have had their speed altered. The effect applied to this particular video, however, makes both Hardys sound legitimately wasted. I laughed, probably more than I should have, and I hope you will too. Given Jeff Hardy’s much-publicized substance abuse problem as of late, I figured this was appropriate. I’d like to think the backstage aftermath of Victory Road looked something like this, too.
