Yesterday, WWE announced Drew Carey as the newest member of their Hall of Fame. Carey will be joining Pete Rose, William “Refrigerator” Perry, and Bob Uecker in the Hall’s celebrity wing, and will be inducted alongside WWE greats Shawn Michaels and Sunny, among others. It’s usually the case that the Hall of Fame inductees are introduced at WrestleMania the night after their ceremony, so Drew Carey at the big event is a safe assumption. It should be noted that former Raw guest host Bob Barker has also been confirmed for WrestleMania this year, meaning that we’re probably in store for some interaction between the pair of Price is Right hosts. Maybe the duo will co-host a game show segment backstage between some of the WWE’s undercard talents left off of the event (Santino Marella springs to mind), or maybe they’ll exchange some heated words. I’d venture a guess that, if nothing else, it’s possible Barker ends up the man to induct Carey to the Hall. Hell, WWE might even enlist the services of The Brian Kendrick to appear on the grand stage and job to The Big Wheel.
