The Rock and Chris Jericho have both advanced into the quarterfinals in our Champion of Champions Tournament, designed to determine your favorite champion of the past decade. Only one of them will make it to the final four, and it’s up to you to decide who it will be.
Rocky managed to advance into the Elite 8 by just barely nudging out Batista in what was our closest match to date, while Chris Jericho found his way here by defeating Brock Lesnar, also by a shockingly small margin. The Rock and Jericho have tangled in a few high-profile matches in the past, with two particular ones jumping to mind immediately. In December of 2001, the first ever Undisputed Champion was crowned at WWE’s Vengeance pay-per-view. There, Chris Jericho was able to defeat The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin in the same night to stake claim to that title. At the 2002 Royal Rumble, Chris Jericho successfully defended the Undisputed Championship against The Rock, earning his second victory over The Great One in just a one month span. Will the Ayatollah of Rock ‘n’ Rolla be able to pull out another victory against the People’s Champion, or will the Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment send Y2J packing? Come back Friday afternoon when the polls open to let your voice be heard!

I hope he does. Jericho is one of my all time favorite wrestlers, I really hope he wins the vote.
