In addition to the scheduled matches, two major angles will be apart of tonight’s Impact. After losing to Jeff Jarrett and leaving his boots in the middle of the ring at Against All Odds, Kurt Angle has some explaining to do. Is he in fact walking away from wrestling? Will he stay true to his word and give Karen away at the March 3 episode of Impact? Fans in the Impact Zone hope to get some answers tonight. Also appearing on the show for the first time in weeks will be Ric Flair, who hasn’t made a statement since Fortune turned their backs on Immortal. Was the dirtiest player in the game involved in the massive swerve, or was AJ Styles solely responsible for the decision? If the answer is the latter, how will The Nature Boy react to being undermined by the Phenomenal One?
The card itself is pretty solid from front to back. In the main event, the new World Champion Jeff Hardy will defend his title against Rob Van Dam. Jeff’s brother Matt will also be lacing up his boots to take on Fortune’s AJ Styles. Immortal’s newest member Hernandez will return to the ring when he battles Douglas Williams, while cousins Sarita & Rosita will meet The Beautiful People in tag team action. Also, in a rematch from Against All Odds, Kazarian will once again be defending his X-Division Title against Jersey Shore native Robbie E.
